ChainEvidence is an independent international investigative intelligence platform. It is not a cryptocurrency recovery company, exchange, financial adviser or law-enforcement organisation.
No recovery guarantee
We investigate reported cryptocurrency fraud by examining submitted evidence and tracing relevant blockchain activity. We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost funds. Any potential recovery option will depend on the evidence, applicable procedures and the cooperation of relevant institutions or authorities.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that an investigation will be opened or that any funds will be recovered. Any potential recovery pathway will be assessed individually and may require action by an exchange, financial institution or competent authority.
No fees or wallet access
We do not charge submission fees or request wallet access. We will never ask you to pay a recovery fee, connect your wallet, share a private key or disclose a recovery phrase. Be cautious of anyone using our name to make those requests.
Attribution and uncertainty
Recorded suspicions do not establish identity, ownership, control or criminal guilt. Interacting with a blockchain service is not proof of ownership by that service. Published findings should be read together with their sources, methodology and limitations.

We never request wallet access, private keys, recovery phrases or a recovery payment.
