Terms of submission.
Effective 20 October 2026. Use this independent voluntary initiative to report relevant events responsibly. A submission does not guarantee an investigation, response time or recovery.
Eligibility and accuracy
Report only within the selected campaign’s scope and with appropriate authority to share the material. Campaigns set their own incident dates, geographical connections and any affected-person requirement. The initial Nigeria campaign applies a six-calendar-month limit; there is no platform-wide six-month rule.
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Clearly distinguish facts from suspicions. Do not fabricate evidence, impersonate someone, submit material unlawfully or use the service to harass others.
Protect confidential material
Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, wallet backups, passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identification records. Do not include unrelated third-party information. JPEG, PNG and PDF attachments enter private quarantine and require security scanning before investigator access.
Scope and expectations
Submitting a report is free and does not create a recovery-service agreement. An investigation, response time, referral or recovery is not guaranteed. We do not provide legal representation or act as a law-enforcement body.
Case information is not automatically made public. You must have appropriate authority to provide submitted material. Permission to approach you about a publication is distinct from permission to publish identifying information.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, enumerate cases, upload malicious content or interfere with availability. A security issue should be reported through the dedicated security contact. If the reporting process is unavailable, use appropriate official reporting channels.
We never request wallet access, private keys, recovery phrases or a recovery payment.
